Press Brake Operator- Day Shift

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience operating press brake or other metal fabrication machinery preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CNC press brake controls is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or GED
- PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- This position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work is performed in a production environment where safety gear (gloves, eye protection, steel-toed footwear, etc.) is required.
- Flexibility to work overtime, shifts, or weekends as needed to support production demands.
- TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
