About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Sales Director during customer meetings and business development activities
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops and demonstrations of IDEMIA solutions
- Answer customer technical questions and articulate IDEMIA's key differentiators
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Support Proof of Concept (POC) activities from planning through to completion
- Configure and deploy IDEMIA products and solutions for demonstrations and POCs
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, partners and system integrators during evaluations and POCs
- Define solution architectures and recommend the most suitable products and services to meet customer requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs and customer presentations
- Work closely with Product Management to communicate customer feedback and market requirements
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and provide recommendations for product evolution
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support and Sales teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing technical, integration, pre sales or solutions engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Experience working with biometric technologies, identity management, physical access control or security solutions
- Experience supporting customer demonstrations, technical workshops, proof of concepts (POCs) and solution design activities
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration principles and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Experience working within government, airport, transportation, public security or critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working collaboratively with customers, partners and system integrators

Profile Description

Additional Information
- This role requires regular travel across Saudi Arabia and may require regional travel when supporting customer engagements, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
