Duties and Responsibilities
- Register and prequalify the organization with major national and international oil companies, EPC contractors, and relevant UAE sectors.
- Manage ongoing registration and prequalification processes for existing clients and the full lifecycle for new clients.
- Build and maintain contacts to secure approved vendor and contractor list placements and increase tender participation.
- Monitor e-sourcing portals, e-procurement platforms, industry websites, research databases, and news sources for opportunities.
- Seek and increase participation in RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and other bid opportunities.
- Receive, acknowledge, and manage tenders, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and related communications.
Qualifications
- Requires 5–10 years of relevant experience in prequalification and registration roles.
- Experience in oil and gas, ADWEA, ENEC, or other industries in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is preferred.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- Requires proficiency in software packages and IT skills, plus the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Requires strong spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Requires analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Abu Dhabi is the preferred location.
- The position is full-time and permanent.
