Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh ingredients, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food.
  • Assist with daily food preparation for café service.
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Keep prep stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
  • Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and basic food preparation knowledge.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
