Responsibilities

  • Open the café and prepare for daily operations.
  • Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
  • Set up and stock beverage stations, displays, and supplies.
  • Operate the register and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a 6:00 AM start time.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy café environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
