Role Overview
This position oversees the processing of outbound parcels at the company’s package center facilities.
He/She conducts pre-operation checks, manages sorting, loading and dispatch operations, and performs post-operation functions.
He/She supervises Part-Time Supervisors, Administrative staff, and Hourly employees.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required
