Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to understand program offerings, student needs, and institutional goals.
• Prepare pre-sales presentations and proposals; deliver product and service demonstrations.
• Support prospective students and partners with detailed information and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate sales operations, including pipeline tracking and reporting, and provide customer service throughout pre-enrollment.
• Analyze market data, contribute to business planning, and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, student data, and sales performance metrics.
• Business planning and sales operations skills for forecasting, pipeline management, and structured pre-sales processes.
• Communication and customer service skills for engaging prospective students, families, and institutional partners.
• Relevant experience in pre-sales, admissions, recruitment, or education services is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• CRM tools, presentation software, and office productivity applications are advantageous; familiarity with higher education programs in the UAE or wider region is an asset.
