About The Role

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach, engaging

prospective customers, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, and ensuring seamless

handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong

communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven

environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and educational institutions across Saudi Arabia.
  • Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other business channels.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements, intent, decision-making process, and readiness to proceed.
  • Clearly communicate Teachmint's value proposition and create interest in our products and solutions.
  • Capture and document qualification details, customer interactions, and call outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead status, follow-up activities, and customer information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead qualification targets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement processes.
  • Follow defined calling, qualification, and reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Lead Qualification, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Sales Development roles.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Solutions, or B2B sales environments is preferred.
  • Native Arabic & Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong ability to engage prospects over calls and build initial customer interest.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer landscape is preferred.
  • Prior experience in cold calling and lead qualification within B2B environments is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing high-volume outreach activities independently
