- Assist Sales team in technical discussions and presentations with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and design customized IT and Security solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.
- Provide technical training and support to Sales and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a pre-sales engineer or similar technical sales role.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
