eVision is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer to support ELV, ICT, security, and smart building projects in the UAE.
The role turns client requirements and tender documents into technical solutions and commercial proposals.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Attend site visits and meetings to clarify project requirements.
- Design and propose CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking, intercom, SMATV, and smart home solutions.
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, system architecture, and equipment selections.
- Obtain supplier quotations, compare options, and prepare cost estimates and BOQs.
- Support proposals, technical responses, and client presentations with the sales team.
- Coordinate post-award handover with the project team.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales, estimation, or design for ELV and ICT projects in the UAE.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Practical knowledge of relevant systems, products, and installation requirements.
- Strong BOQ preparation, costing, and technical documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred qualifications
- An engineering degree is preferred.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary based on experience; the posted range is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
- Medical insurance and visa are offered.
