About The Client

Solution Design & Architecture

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored identity and cybersecurity solutions
• Assess customer environments and security posture to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
• Create solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, pricing, and statements of work

Customer Engagement & Demonstrations

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for enterprise and government prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their evolving security challenges
• Provide pre-sales technical support — fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving technical questions

Proof Of Concept & Delivery

• Design, execute, and manage POCs that demonstrate solution effectiveness in the customer's environment
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery

Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

• Train sales teams and channel partners on product capabilities, technical positioning, and value propositions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Create and update sales collateral — data sheets, case studies, competitive analyses, and presentations

Market Intelligence

• Stay current with cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and emerging threats
• Monitor competitor offerings and provide actionable insights on differentiation and positioning

Skills And Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, information technology, computer science. (Relevant work experience may be considered instead)
• Analytical and research skills and the ability to learn new concepts and technologies. You must be be able to read and understand technical documentation.
• Ability to manage sysadmin-type tasks in Windows, Linux and Mac environments. You must be familiar with terms like AD, CA, CBA, DR, ESXi, FIDO, HA, IIS, LB, MFA, NPS, OATH, OAUTH, OWA, PAM, PKCS, PKI, SAML, SSO, TMA.
• Experience in enterprise software or IT solutions
• Prior pre-sales experience in a IT/cyber security industry (2 years minimum)
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially around training and knowledge-transfer
• Eager to learn with the ability to develop technical product knowledge and understand the competitive landscape.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing strategies or market conditions
