We are seeking a talented and dynamic **Business Development Executive** for our client - a Dubai-based design-led surface consultancy and materials partner for the GCC’s most discerning interior projects.- with a background in the same industry.
This is full time role that involves tasks related to developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, overseeing fit-out projects, and collaborating with the design and construction teams to deliver high-quality results in line with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities.
Requirements
- Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
- Knowledge of office interior design and fit-out processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
