About This Role
We're hiring an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with 3-5 years in ERP solutions to showcase ERPNext's value, guide clients through needs discovery, and fuel our sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Deliver dynamic product demos and presentations highlighting ERPNext capabilities.
- Partner with sales to design customized solutions aligned with client goals.
- Craft and present detailed proposals and RFP responses.
- Perform needs assessments and analyze business processes.
- Offer technical expertise in client meetings, negotiations, and Q&A.
- Build trusted relationships to drive credibility and long-term partnerships.
- Keep abreast of ERPNext updates and industry trends for sharp recommendations.
- Train sales teams on ERP features, benefits, and objection handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years in pre-sales consulting, ideally with ERP solutions like ERPNext.
- Deep knowledge of ERP functionalities and modules.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in translating technical details into compelling business value.
- Demonstrated success in boosting sales through pre-sales support.
