About This Role

We're hiring an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with 3-5 years in ERP solutions to showcase ERPNext's value, guide clients through needs discovery, and fuel our sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Deliver dynamic product demos and presentations highlighting ERPNext capabilities.
  • Partner with sales to design customized solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Craft and present detailed proposals and RFP responses.
  • Perform needs assessments and analyze business processes.
  • Offer technical expertise in client meetings, negotiations, and Q&A.
  • Build trusted relationships to drive credibility and long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of ERPNext updates and industry trends for sharp recommendations.
  • Train sales teams on ERP features, benefits, and objection handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in pre-sales consulting, ideally with ERP solutions like ERPNext.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP functionalities and modules.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skill in translating technical details into compelling business value.
  • Demonstrated success in boosting sales through pre-sales support.
