Practice manager - Optician

IRIS Saint-Lambert is hiring!

We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.

Are you an optician who enjoys customer service as much as managing and developing a team?

Do you want to take on more responsibilities and contribute directly to the success of a clinic?

This opportunity could be for you!

• Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations
• Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Advise patients and perform professional duties related to the role of an optician
• Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals
• Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic
• Take over management duties when necessary

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a member of the Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec
• Has strong leadership skills and enjoys working as part of a team
• Is organized, self-reliant, and solution-oriented
• Has an excellent sense of customer service
• Wants to take on greater management responsibilities
