Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dispensing and personalised eyewear recommendations.
- Build patient relationships and long-term loyalty; lead by example and support team development.
- Assist with daily practice operations and team coordination.
- Support social media and community engagement marketing initiatives.
- Maintain premium presentation and service standards while supporting practice growth.
Candidate profile
- Applicants may be experienced Optical Dispensers seeking a leadership opportunity or people-focused retail professionals with strong leadership and sales experience.
- Bring relationship-building and communication skills, leadership experience, commercial awareness, organisation and attention to detail.
- The employer seeks empathy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people.
Compensation and benefits
- Advertised salary is $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience; bonus and incentive opportunities are offered.

- The role offers the opportunity to work with premium eyewear and Rodenstock lenses.
Roster
- Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:30am–3:00pm.
Location and workplace
- The practice is in Richmond, Victoria; duties are based in the optical practice.
