Practice Manager

Experience:

• Experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting.
• Experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required.
• Experience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process.
• Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Effective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties.
• Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard.
• Full-time: Monday-Friday
• Pay rate starting at $75,000/year
• Travel between Brighton and Mashpee locations is required
