Uproar by Moburst is seeking bright, curious, and driven undergraduate students (junior or senior level) for our fully remote Internship Program, running from mid-January through mid-April, with the possibility of extending into May.

Designed for ambitious students who want to build a solid, real-world foundation for a successful career in public relations, this program provides direct exposure to the fast-paced agency world.

Interns typically work 12–20 hours per week for course credit and are fully integrated into our PR teams. You won't just observe; you'll gain hands-on experience working side by side with seasoned professionals on active B2B, tech, and consumer accounts.

Key responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

Media Research & List Building: Developing targeted, comprehensive press lists for top-tier national, local, and trade media using industry-leading research tools.

Content Creation & Pitching: Drafting compelling media materials, including press releases, tailored pitches, thought leadership content, and media advisories.

Earned Media Strategy: Assisting with the execution of strategic media relations campaigns to help secure high-impact placements.

Client & Team Integration: Attending client calls and PR department staff meetings to experience agency operations, strategy development, and account management firsthand.

Special Projects: Supporting special event planning, media tracking, and agency brainstorming sessions as client needs evolve.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical capabilities.
