Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement visual dashboards for performance and SLA reporting.
Integrate data from ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other tools.
Ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
Conduct trend and predictive analytics to identify performance risks.
Support automation of reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Data Science, IT, or related discipline.
6+ years with Power BI and enterprise analytics tools.
Strong data modeling and SQL skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Federal reporting experience.
Place of Performance
Springfield and Ashburn, VA (with possible travel to Orlando, FL, and other CBP facilities).
Clearance
Must have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP.
