- This Finance Systems & Insights role will focus primarily on supporting all Finance functions with their reporting and dashboard needs. The role involves using Analytics tools to deliver comprehensive data analytics and insights. Additionally, the responsibilities will cover various support capabilities to ensure effective Finance Systems project implementation and coordination. Consulting experience is a significant advantage.
Data Analytics And Reporting
· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance functions
· Collect, process, and analyze various datasets to extract valuable insights and trends
· Design and build data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
· Willingness to learn SAS software for advanced data analysis and reporting
Project Support
· Support the prioritization and planning of Finance Systems projects
· Assist in the Project Initiation Document (PID) process for such projects
· Provide project implementation support, including tracking, coordination and stakeholder management
· Collaborate with IT & Digital teams to ensure that technical solutions meet the defined business requirements
Digital Upskilling Training Programs
· Plan and coordinate digital upskilling training programs for relevant stakeholders in Finance
· Identify training needs and work with specialist consultants to design targeted training programs
Additional Responsibilities
· Coordinate with vendors for data analytics tools and services
· Support QA and testing activities for data analytics projects (and other Finance Systems projects when needed)
· Support in developing test plans and in user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance
· Provide support during system incidents to ensure timely resolution
· Assist the Procurement team in evaluating technical solutions
General
· A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent
· 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
· Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas are preferred
· Ability to understand complex business requirements, and to use analytical thinking to identify possible solutions
· Apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data, drawing actionable conclusions and recommendations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (primarily English; Arabic is an advantage)
· Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including IT, vendors, and Finance teams
· Prior consulting experience is a significant advantage
· Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge in data analytics and related technologies
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
· Experience with SAS software is a significant advantage, or willingness to learn SAS
· Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
Project Management
· Ability to support project planning, implementation, and coordination
· Experience in vendor coordination and incident management
· Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Enhance Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and deploy new Power BI dashboards for various Finance departments
- Achieve high accuracy in all reports and dashboards generated
- Provide monthly insights reports to Finance leadership, highlighting key trends and actionable insights
Improve Efficiency In Data Analytics Processes
- Reduce the average time taken to generate standard reports
- Automate recurring reporting tasks using Power BI and SAS
- Decrease the number of manual data processing errors through process automation and improved data validation methods
Support Finance Transformation Projects
- Participate in Finance Transformation projects from planning through implementation
- Provide monthly update to Finance leadership, projects progress
- Conduct project surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Support Digital Upskilling Within Finance
- Plan and execute digital upskilling training programs for Finance stakeholders
- Increase adoption of new digital tools and techniques among Finance stakeholders
- Jeddah University or Dar Alhekma University (or any Saudi university)
Data Science Graduates
