Oversee daily post office operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.

Handle customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Support team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
Ensure proper handling and organization of postal items and related documentation.
Help maintain accuracy in daily transactions and service records.
Job Experience Requirements
Completed secondary or vocational education.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Strong communication skills with a team oriented approach.
Problem solving attitude with the ability to handle customer needs efficiently.
Responsible and reliable personality with attention to detail.
