Supervisor Distribution Center

Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Supervise distribution center staff including forklift operators, drivers, and support teams, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and on time.

Plan delivery routes and coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory records in both physical stock and system entries to ensure proper stock control and rotation.

Prepare logistics related reports such as KPIs, inventory summaries, and dispatch reports for management review.

Monitor warehouse space utilization, transport resources, and workforce efficiency to improve overall operations.

Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability and support delivery planning.

Handle returns, rejected shipments, and logistics claims in coordination with relevant departments.

Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement in warehouse and distribution processes.

Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and logistics standards across all activities.

At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including basic data handling and reporting.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.

in supervising operational teams will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
