Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain client relationships with trust and transparency.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide clients with accurate market insights and property analysis.
- Work with the team to create effective sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in EdTech, banking, real estate, financial services, insurance, or direct sales is preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling and client acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is preferred.
