Overview
Job Title: Portfolio Manager Dubai Real Estate (Off-Plan)
SKG Estates is looking for an experienced **Portfolio Manager** with **minimum 6 months** of experience in **Dubai Real Estates (Off-Plan)** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified buyer and investor leads
- Advise clients on off-plan properties
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
Requirements
- Dubai Real Estate experience mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of off-plan projects
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
