Overview
Job Title: Senior Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate (Off-Plan)
**SKG Estates** is seeking a highly experienced **Sr Property Consultant** with a **minimum of 2 years** of experience in **Dubai’s off-plan real estate** market.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge, strong investor networks, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert high-quality investor and buyer leads into successful transactions
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on off-plan investments, market trends, and ROI opportunities
- Build, manage, and expand a strong portfolio of investors and HNI clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from client consultation to deal closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations, project launches, and market dynamics
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance

Compensation
- Fixed salary + high-performance-based commission
