Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' practical experience, gained within the last 7 years, in Business Analysis, with a proven track record supporting large-scale business change and/or technology programmes and projects.
- Demonstrable experience developing business cases, business requirements documentation, product justifications and business process maps.
- Experience operating within portfolio, programme or project environments, supporting governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, manage competing priorities and develop practical recommendations.
- Experience maintaining and analysing management information to support portfolio oversight, governance and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Highly organised, proactive and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes.
