Role overview

Analyze what clients spend across paid search, shopping, and paid social, what the spend delivers, and where returns are weak or unclear.

Own models, reconciliations, and written portfolio-performance analysis, and discuss findings with clients.

Work across performance-improvement and digital-strategy mandates, often for family groups and holding companies with several brands.

What you will do

  • Build paid-channel spend and return models, reconciling platform data against finance figures.
  • Prepare portfolio reviews showing margins by channel, brand, and market, with assumptions documented.
  • Meet client teams to understand campaign briefing, purchasing, and measurement and identify discrepancies in reported figures.
  • Write clear analysis and recommendations for mandate documents and board papers.
  • Test management plans and paid-demand forecasts, identifying assumptions that do not hold.
  • Support implementation by tracking agreed client changes and their costs.

What the role requires

  • Commercial quantitative-analysis experience in consulting, in-house strategy, finance, or performance marketing for a business with real spend.
  • Comfort with paid search and paid social reporting, including gaps between attribution models and finance ledgers.
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills and willingness to work with unclean client data.
  • Clear writing in English; Arabic is useful for interviews and source documents but is not required.
  • Sound judgment about when the evidence supports action and when it does not.

Decision-making and success

  • Own the analysis and first draft of the view; the principal signs off on client-facing work.
  • Raise unresolved questions early rather than presenting a range that obscures weak evidence.
  • Success includes running a paid-demand review end to end and presenting findings to a management committee.
  • Clients should leave with a trusted, maintainable view of their spending, and principals should be able to rely on defensible analysis.

Employment arrangement

  • Permanent, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Workplace

  • Hybrid arrangement in Riyadh, working across mandates and participating in client meetings.
