Role overview

Permanent, full-time entry-level advisory role based in the Riyadh office on a hybrid arrangement.

Support principals on live client mandates and take responsibility for research, analysis, and written work from the first week.

The firm works on a limited number of mandates, with principals involved from scoping through delivery.

What you will do

  • Build evidence for mandates using market data, competitor positions, and the economics of client portfolios.
  • Draft and maintain issue notes, interview guides, board papers, and other working documents, keeping versions organized.
  • Attend client interviews and workshops, take useful notes, and produce a short written summary the same day.
  • Prepare numbers behind recommendations, including simple models and sensitivity checks, and explain where figures came from.
  • Track action lists and follow-ups with client teams, and record what was decided and by whom.

What the role requires

  • A bachelor's degree and genuine interest in organizational decisions about strategy, capital, and structure.
  • Clear writing in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for interviews and reading local material.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and slides, with care in checking figures.
  • Ability to manage two or three workstreams, raise issues early, and maintain discretion with client information.

  • The role is based in Riyadh on a hybrid arrangement.
  • Principals scope and deliver mandates, make staffing decisions, and sign off on work.
  • Associates are expected to form and express their views, raise concerns directly, and take on more client contact as their judgment develops.

Mandates span corporate strategy, growth and market entry, operating model and efficiency, and organization and talent.

The role offers exposure to board and committee decisions and to how recommendations are tested by management.
