Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Policy Administrator in Abu Dhabi

to support healthcare policy administration, documentation management, and compliance operations within our hospital division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in

policy processing, healthcare administration, documentation control, compliance coordination, and records management

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain hospital policies, procedures, and administrative documentation
  • Process policy-related records, updates, renewals, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, healthcare standards, and internal policies
  • Coordinate with healthcare departments and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities
  • Prepare policy reports, correspondence, and administrative files
  • Monitor policy implementation and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with process improvements and operational support tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and policy documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software systems
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • UAE healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
