Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Claims Processor in Dubai

to support insurance claims administration and customer service operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in

claims processing, insurance documentation, policy verification, claims assessment support, and customer communication

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
  • Examine claim forms, supporting documents, and policy details
  • Ensure claims comply with company policies and insurance regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, payments, and customer information
  • Coordinate with policyholders, healthcare providers, repair centers, and insurance teams
  • Investigate discrepancies and request additional documentation when required
  • Monitor claim status and provide timely updates to customers
  • Process claim settlements and approvals according to company procedures
  • Assist in claims reporting, audits, and compliance activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling claim inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and documentation standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines efficiently
  • UAE insurance industry experience preferred
