Job Description
A Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and close projects.
They ensure initiatives—such as software development or marketing campaign are delivered on-time, within budget, and according to scope.
They bridge the gap between team members and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Road mapping:
- Create comprehensive work plans, establish timelines, and assign tasks to project team members.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate resources, forecast budget requirements, and manage expenditures while analyzing and addressing variances.
• Risk & Issue Resolution
- Identify potential bottlenecks (e.g., vendor delays, scope creep), assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor project teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and assign tasks based on individual strengths.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular status updates via meetings and reports, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
