Role overview

Required experience and qualifications

• Proven PMO or project-management experience; banking or financial-services experience is mandatory.
• Experience with IT or system implementation projects, project planning and scheduling, and tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strong RAID management knowledge; experience preparing status reports and project dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills; experience with governance and steering committee reporting.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Treasury project experience is highly important; capital-markets experience is also relevant.
• Experience managing multiple vendors or workstreams and working on system implementation or transformation projects.

Preferred experience

• Experience with Murex / MX.3 is preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury systems such as Kondor is preferred.
• Experience with cutover and deployment planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities for treasury-related projects at a leading bank.
• Plan and schedule projects and track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards.
• Support governance and steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate multiple vendors or workstreams across system implementation and transformation initiatives.
