Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO Senior Analyst / Specialist to support and drive PMO governance, project reporting, portfolio management, and strategic project coordination across enterprise and government environments.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and governance experience with exposure to large-scale projects and PMO frameworks.
Candidates must have local market experience, government sector exposure, relevant certifications, and Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support PMO governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies
- Prepare and present executive-level project and portfolio reports
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure projects comply with organizational PMO policies and governance standards
- Coordinate with business, technical, and external stakeholders across multiple projects
- Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and status trackers
- Support portfolio management, resource planning, and project prioritization activities
- Conduct project performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance reviews
- Assist in PMO process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or project management support roles
- Strong local market experience is mandatory
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities is required
- Arabic speaking skills are preferred/mandatory
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance, and project lifecycle management
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced environments
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Certification
- PMI-PMOCP or equivalent PMO certifications
• Agile And Scrum Certifications
- ITIL Certification
Preferred Experience
- Government digital transformation projects
- Enterprise PMO and portfolio management experience
- Experience in strategic reporting and executive presentations
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
