🕒 Job Type: Full-time

• 💰 Salary: AED 30,000 per month
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage PMO operations across multiple building construction projects
• Formalize, review, and manage construction contracts and project documentation
• Review and approve project specifications, contract terms, and technical requirements
• Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets, and cost estimates
• Identify and resolve building design and project identity gaps during planning and execution stages
• Coordinate and manage communication with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and construction schedules
• Prepare project execution plans and ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor cost-to-complete analysis, project cash flow, and financial performance
• Implement effective cost control measures and risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth project execution
• Generate project progress reports and provide strategic recommendations to management
• 🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as PMO Manager in building construction projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, cost control, and project planning
• Experience dealing with consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• PMP certification is an advantage
