Role overview
Lead operations of the project management office for a company delivering critical IT infrastructure projects.
Support centralized PMO governance, improve delivery processes, and enable data-driven decisions through reporting and tool management.
The PMO supports complex design coordination, fast delivery, and governance in a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities
- Track project baselines, milestones, budgets, resources, and RAID logs across multi-stream engagements.
- Produce automated dashboards, status reports, and portfolio KPIs for executives and steering committees.
- Analyze project trends, schedule variances, and budget deviations, and provide early warnings.
- Improve PMO templates, reporting workflows, and project management practices with delivery leaders.
- Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- 7–8 years of UAE experience in the same role.
- Professional experience and knowledge of tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,500 per month.
