The PMO Analyst supports strategic project delivery and provides business leaders with analysis and reporting on workforce, productivity and project performance.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data and produce executive reporting packs, dashboards and insights.
- Support workforce planning, productivity, project prioritisation and strategic decision-making.
- Promote effective Jira and Tempo use and accurate time recording; identify improvements to reporting, productivity, data quality and project outcomes.
- Monitor strategic project milestones and budgets, track actions, coordinate stakeholders and provide timely status reporting.
Candidate profile
- Experience supporting projects or business change initiatives.
- Enjoy turning complex timesheet, resource utilisation and performance data into actionable insights.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, building relationships and constructively challenging where needed.
- Highly organised and able to balance detailed analysis with broader business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
