Graduate Technical Business Analyst in Acturis's Application Development team.
The team designs, develops, and maintains the core Acturis platform across APIs, databases, user interfaces, and quality assurance.
The platform serves brokers and insurers in the insurance technology sector.
Day-to-day work
- Analyse business and technical requirements and write detailed specifications for new functionality and enhancements.
- Investigate platform behaviour, system issues, and data flows; identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support fixes.
- Design and execute test scenarios, validate system changes, and check releases against business and technical requirements.
Candidate requirements
- A 2:1 or higher in a STEM degree.
- A-level results of at least AAB, including an A in Maths.
- Be logical, analytical, organised, and quick to learn new concepts.
- Communicate confidently and enjoy working collaboratively.
Development and progression
- Mentorship from day one, a clear progression path, and early responsibility.
