Job Summary
The PMO Analyst supports structured, consistent, data-driven execution of projects and programs.
The role tracks progress, identifies risks, provides decision-making insights, improves processes, and supports alignment with PMBOK or Agile frameworks.
Project Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain project status, risk, and KPI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze project performance data and highlight trends or issues.
- Provide insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure projects follow PMO standards, methodologies, and templates, and monitor adherence to PMBOK or Agile practices.
- Support audit and compliance activities, conduct project phase gates, and perform quality assurance reviews of project documentation.
Portfolio Support
- Assist with project business cases, prioritization, and portfolio tracking.
- Track resource allocation and capacity.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Help standardize project management methodologies and templates and support PMO maturity initiatives.
Tools Support
- Professional experience and knowledge of project management platforms such as MS Project and Jira.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, project document management tools, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of project operational planning and financial analysis is preferred.
