Provides central PMO support so projects and programs are executed in a structured, consistent, and data-driven manner.
Tracks progress, identifies risks, and provides insights to support decision-making and project visibility and control.
Reporting and governance
- Develops and maintains project status, risk, and KPI dashboards and reports; analyzes performance data and highlights trends or issues.
- Provides insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
- Ensures projects follow PMO standards, methodologies, and templates, and monitors adherence to frameworks such as PMBOK or Agile practices.
- Supports audits and compliance, conducts project phase gates, and performs quality assurance reviews of project documentation.
Portfolio and process support
- Assists with project business cases, prioritization, and portfolio tracking; tracks resource allocation and capacity.
- Identifies inefficiencies, recommends improvements, helps standardize project methodologies and templates, and supports PMO maturity initiatives.
Required tools and skills
- Professional experience and knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Power BI, project document management tools, SharePoint, and MS Teams are required.
- Listed skills include project management, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of project operational planning and financial analysis is preferred.
