Oversee HSE compliance for project construction, commissioning, and site activities.
Promote a strong safety culture, prevent incidents, and support safe project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with project HSE policies, client requirements, regulations, and international standards.
- Monitor construction, commissioning, and startup work; conduct inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.
- Review JSAs, risk assessments, method statements, and PTW documentation.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting, confined spaces, excavation, hot work, electrical isolation, and work at height.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, oversee contractor compliance, deliver safety briefings, and verify PPE use.
- Monitor environmental controls; participate in safety reviews; maintain emergency procedures and coordinate drills.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and performance metrics.
