Hse Management & Compliance

  • Implement ADNOC Offshore HSE policies, standards, procedures, and Life Saving Rules.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC CoP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant international standards.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance offshore.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and site HSE assessments.

Risk Management

  • Lead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, TRA, and SIMOPS reviews.
  • Ensure risk assessments are properly implemented and controlled.
  • Monitor critical activities including lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and marine operations.

Incident Management

  • Lead incident/near-miss reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure timely close-out of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and KPI dashboards.

Training & Safety Culture

  • Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns offshore.
  • Promote behavioral safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as HSE focal point during emergency drills and real incidents.

Environmental Protection

  • Ensure environmental compliance related to waste management, spills, emissions, and discharges.
  • Monitor environmental performance and implement mitigation measures.

Expected

  • Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years offshore oil & gas experience.
  • Strong experience working with ADNOC Offshore or major EPC contractors is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in rotational offshore assignments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.

• NEBOSH IGC And NEBOSH Diploma

  • IOSH / Lead Auditor (ISO 45001 & 14001) – Preferred
  • ADNOC Offshore H2S & Offshore Safety Certifications
  • OPITO / BOSIET / HUET (as applicable)
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE Management System (HSEMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams offshore.
  • High level of risk awareness and decision-making capability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
