Role

Key objectives and duties

• Lead and supervise electrical and instrumentation construction in line with IFC drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage contractors and site teams, allocate resources, and monitor productivity and work completion.
• Oversee switchgear, MCC, transformer, cabling, sensor, transmitter, and PLC/DCS installations.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate inspections, maintain QA/QC compliance, and close non-conformance reports.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe execution in hazardous areas.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to meet milestones.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

Expected qualifications
