PM Cooks (Night Shift)

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in an upscale establishment
Ability to balance high-volume production with fine dining presentation and technique
Strong understanding of daily prep, station organization, and product rotation
Calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred; familiarity with Asian ingredients is a plus
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus
