Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment
Solid understanding of classic pastry and baking techniques
Ability to maintain consistency and finesse in high-volume production
Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and time management
Calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure
Collaborative spirit and clear communication skills in English
Knowledge of Japanese or Asian-inspired desserts is a plus
Culinary or pastry degree preferred
