Maintenance duties
- Carry out predictive and proactive maintenance of building potable water, fire water, and chilled water lines and valves.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of sanitary fixtures, water supplies, and building floor drains.
- Maintain sewer and storm drain lines within and outside buildings.
- Install and modify pipes serving sanitary equipment and drainage systems.
Candidate requirements
- Facilities management or maintenance experience is required.
