About the property

Responsibilities

• Follow sign-in and sign-out procedures for master cards, keys, phones, ladders, and equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guest rooms, apartments, and assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to plumbing requests from guest rooms, apartments, and the RSM system.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage, sanitary fixtures, taps, valves, and water heaters.
• Record plant room readings and complete inspections and PPM checklists.
• Maintain sump pumps, booster pumps, water heaters, and pressure-reducing valves according to schedule.
• Keep work areas clean and accessible; use PPE and follow safe procedures.
• Report hazards, defective equipment, resource misuse, and water or energy wastage.
• Record monthly water meter readings and support conservation initiatives.
• Update maintenance records and complete assigned Side Kick PPM tasks on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent; technical plumbing certification or diploma is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant plumbing experience; facilities management, building maintenance, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience with water supply lines, drainage, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and water heaters.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings, follow technical instructions, and safely use plumbing tools and materials.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and health and safety requirements.
• Good communication, active listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• English communication, spoken and written, is required; an additional language is an advantage.
• Able to work independently or in a team and physically perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and confined-space work.
