Overview
- Operate plastic processing machines such as injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion machines.
- Start, monitor, and stop machines according to production requirements.
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) as needed.
- Load raw materials (plastic pellets, resins) into machines.
- Remove finished products from machines and inspect for defects.
- Trim, assemble, or pack plastic products as required.
- Check products for defects such as cracks, bubbles, or deformities.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Report breakdowns or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Pack finished goods properly for storage or shipment.
- Label products with correct information (batch, date, type).
- Maintain proper stacking and storage in the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE (gloves, helmet, safety shoes).
- Handle chemicals and materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
