Hotel Receptionist
About This Role
1. Guest Check-in & Check-out
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Verify guest details, bookings, and payment methods
2. Reservations Handling
- Manage room bookings via phone, email, or online systems
- Update reservation systems and maintain accurate records
- Handle cancellations, amendments, and special requests
3. Customer Service
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive experience
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
4. Front Desk Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room availability
- Monitor lobby activities and ensure security procedures are followed
5. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with different departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Pass important information to relevant staff and management
6. Billing & Payments
- Process payments (cash, card, online)
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records
7. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain guest records and documentation
- Prepare daily reports and shift handover notes
8. Upselling & Promotion
- Promote hotel services, upgrades, and special offers
- Encourage guests to use additional facilities (spa, restaurant, etc.)
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
