A Planning & Risk Co-ordinator
is required
to join an international contractor working on a major Oil & Gas construction project based in Abu Dhabi.
This role will support the Project Controls team in coordinating planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and project risk management activities across a large-scale EPC development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules and progress reporting
- Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Assist in schedule analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Maintain project risk registers and coordinate risk management processes
- Facilitate risk identification workshops and follow up on mitigation actions
- Prepare planning and risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project management and client review
- Monitor schedule risks, critical path activities, and project exposure
- Ensure compliance with company and client project controls procedures
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, or related discipline
- Previous experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, energy, or large-scale construction projects
• Risk Management Professional (RMP)
- Experience in both project planning/scheduling and risk coordination
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
- Experience working within multinational project environments
- Middle East experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
