Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience conducting and coordinating quality inspections, internal audits, and quality audits.
- Strong coordination experience with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, including leading QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
- Excellent technical documentation, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Role requirements and duties
- Establish, implement, and monitor project QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with approved project requirements.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
