Join the Riyadh Head Office team supporting planning and schedule control across Construction, Facilities Management, and Electrical Testing projects.
Own project schedules from baseline through close-out and provide management with timely visibility of schedule performance and risk.
Location
- The role is based at the Riyadh head office and supports projects across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain baseline and detailed schedules, including WBS, activities, logic, milestones, and critical path.
- Develop, update, and control schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including resource loading.
- Track progress, identify delays and risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting with Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, and Site teams.
- Track project performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of project planning and scheduling experience; construction, MEP, facilities management, or electrical testing experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including baseline development, updates, resource loading, and schedule control.
- Good command of MS Excel and progress reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
